Th e Portland Youth Summit is an annual event organized by Y.O.U.th. (Youth Organized and United to Help). Y.O.U.th is a 501c3 and is dedicated to creating charitable and educational events for our youth providing resources and workshops using the youth culture as a medium through the 5 elements of Hip Hop.
